Can, pours clear and pale, but its foaming all over the place! Over the glass and on to the table. Nose is slight metallic cream corn, otherwise fresh. First taste is rather light pale macro lager, no real bitterness to speak of. I'm really liking the excess co2 on the palate, cutting and refreshing! I always like high carbonated brews and this certainly is one. Yes, going down real easy, a well made craft pale lager; something many craft brews have trouble with. Wow, I'm surprised how much I'm liking this; one of the better pale lagers I've had in a long time. Finishes with some pleasant hints of fading fresh hay. CO2 rocks to the end! Nice job NC!

Can, darker brown brew. Some malty nose. Tan head. Not bad on teh initial uptake; malty a little sweet with some maltiness. Yes, more like a dunkler. In teh middle gets a tad cloying. Smooth feel on the palate, could use more carbonation. AS end nears, its not bad, jsut have to get over the treacly attitude. Acceptable finish.

Amber with a huge foamy yellow-white head. Yeasty and musty with hints of medicine and fruit. Medium finish and body.

Caramel brown with a small foamy beige head. Very tart with apple cider vinegar and wood. No noticeable berry. Long finish. Medium body.
