On tap at Nobel Creature. Pours a hazy light straw with a thin head and aromas like a lemon drop. Flavor is that lemony edge with some sweetness and not a lot else that holds my attention. It is good and refreshing...not heavy at all.

On the menu my tap version said it was made with cranberries and raspberries. Smell is so good and it looks so good with its pink and cloudy eye. Creamy head. Fun from the start, the co2 is simply cutting. Civilized even berliner and I like it. Fruit is there but it never gets in the way. Well balanced and it really hist the spot. Just a very nice easy fun brew that I could drink a gallon of. Thanks NC for this sample, it was a really great beer starting experience.

Slight haze on pale. Smell of spiced holiday brew. Mild, yet the spices really stick out. Probably one of the more balanced and well behaved christmas brews I've had lately, not bad.

Listed as a Youngstown Pale Ale. Cloudy pale. Slight sweet nose. Also has a mild BO aroma. Looks like NE IPA. Quite bitter but not as bitter as I was expecting. Not in yer face like so many other IPA I've had. Surprizingly good CO2. Actually comes across like a stronger APA rather than an IPA. Better than expected.

Smell is a little winey. Big and black eye. Taste is rather sweet for a porter. Yes, even a little cloying at times. Difficult medicine. Volatile and dizzying. Not really sure of this is a porter or not but it sure is big and in yer face! Very difficult for a lager lover, give me a younstonian for a chaser! heheh.

Smells like many well made impy stouts. Big & black eye. Difficult for me from the start, like any impy stout. Over the top. Volatile. Nastily on style and I don't care for the style so ignore my numbers, this IS a good impy stout. So big, so in yer face. This is one kick ass beer. Numbing, whew.

Next to the tart beers I had at NC, this was one of my favorites. The nose is quite muted. Pale clear with a white head. First taste impressions is that this is a well made milder beer made for those who abhor rude modern craft beers. Its simply a much better version of the typical american pilsner. Yes, grassy and hay notes abound, taste is so good and so friendly. Lacks the sharp bitter astringent bite of so many domestic wannah-bee pilsners. Easy and so refreshing, I'd like to drink a six pack of these. Very good co2 clear to the end. Enjoyable and simply great! Well balance well behaved brew, very tasty!

Really dark brown. Mild sweet tart nose. First taste is so yummy, so good! IF this is 7%, you got me, it hides its alky content well, scary well. Yummy easy fun, very nice experience, lovely. Could easily drink a bunch of these. Plums must be hidden in the background because I really need to search for it to find them. Just simply a great tart beer. Big thanks to NC for this one!

Darker iced tea look about it. Odd mild flavors, dull leather. Not sure about the coffee and cherries. This is quite unique and pretty much non-offensive. Different. In the end the spices become just a tad difficult. Not bad.

Hazy oale. Mild perfume nose. Bitter up front but not like yer typical IPA, its more civilized and thoughtful. More like a APA if you ask me and I like that. Actually quite acceptable for somebody who does not care for IPA. If this is an IPA, its got to be one of the ones I really like.
