Medicine bottle from GBX. A bit pricey for a session mead. Mojito glass @home. Pale straw, floaties. Floral honey, green & veggy strawberry, slight wax, citrus bitter nose. Thin, watery, bittersharp cider, floral strawberry, semi-sweet, melon, veggie, medium acidity, honey & wax residual. Subtle carbonation, slight texture, waxy. Kinda okay.

Smells very cinnamon-y, but the flavor doesn’t really match. Fairly dry, thin mouthfeel. Thanks Bruno V.

Clear, shiny, pale gold pour. Okay, floral, bitter-floral, mellow nose. Taste is decently tart, some pineapple, middling tannins & popsicle stick, iron, blood, savory, kale, unexpected acid. I think we're confused. Still manages to be solid.

They make cider now. Thanks? Clear, pale, metallic gold, frothy pour. Cooked down pineapple & bittersweet apple juice nose. Tart, bittersweet & dessert apples, getting drier as it goes. Dose of pineapple juice, rindy, popsicle stick, like it.

More dusty than hazy, pale gold pour. Hopped with...? Nose is almost definitely cascade. Honey gets lost here. Juicy, kinda tart, apple-rindy-herby-astringent-refreshing. Watery for even a session mead but bitter-tart & kinda lovely.

Clear, frothy, yellow gold pour. Soapy, dryer sheet floral. Session mead. Super waxy, soapy, bouquet floral, licorice, slight lemon, residual sugar body, some acid. Strangely more difficult than the stronger stuff. Just too floral.

Still, clear & glassy, peach-colored pour. Soft strawberry nose. Herbal, cascade fruitiness but I could be totally wrong. Lime, berry, berry skin, confectionery sugar, pineapple, bitter veg, buttery, runny. Kinda good.

End of a flight just to be safe. Pale gold, still, clear but not bright. Cooked down peach, sharp & pineapple-y salsa nose. Taste is apple-pineapple, habanero fruitiness, faint cooked honey, not terribly hot, but lingering. On the thinner side but there's still some residual. This one's good.
