"Sud 2", "Bio-Pils" von der Brauerei Molter, Fläschchen vom Landbierparadies24, 19.8.2025. - Goldgelb, klar; schöner Schaum. - In der Nase satte, grazil zitronige Hopfung, Anklänge an Quitte und Zitronenöl über leisem hellen Malz. - Antrunk weniger schlank fülliger hellmalzig und verhalten zitronenschalig mit feiner Hopfenherbe und einem Hauch von dänischem Butterkeks. Milder rezent, weich mineralisch. Im Abgang feine, beinahe elegante zitronig-grasige Hopfenherbe. - Ein Pilsener von individueller, fein zitroniger Hopfung; in typisch süddeutscher Manier etwas fülliger im Körper und nicht zu bitter, aber mit Wiedererkennungswert. Schön!

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral hoppy and yeasty spicy aroma, pale and slightly caramel malty background, hints of toffee, a touch of aniseed, ginger, viola. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly grainy, pale malty, yeasty fruity and minimally doughy yeasty, mildly bitter, floral hoppy, hints of apricot, mirabelle, some toffee.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite some character for the style, nevertheless very drinkable - good.
