Tap at the brewery. Called a brown ale with strawberries and chestnuts. Not particularly brown, though. Hazy medium gold. nose is chestnuts, bready malt, and bright, tart berries. Sweet and dessert-like though not cloying. The strawberries add a refreshing tartness and freshness to the Mt. Blanc-like sweet chestnuts. A fun and tasty beer.

nitro pour at the brewery. Medium brown with a low head. Malty caramel malt nose, estery yeast, herbal UK hops. Rich but not heavy, malty, well put together. Could use a bit more hop flavor, but good.

Tap at the brewery. Bright deep red with a white head. Berry nose (uses 4 kinds ff berry plus grapes), bright and juicy with a lactic and citrus bite. Juicy, medium tartness, not very sweet. Tasty and refreshing.

Tap at the brewery. This one used blood orange. Slightly hazy gold with a reddish tint. Bright citrus nose, rich orange, clean malt, bright hops as well. Rich orange flavor, not juicy like in a Hazy IPA, but fresh and bright and slightly sweet and tart. Very nice. Bright, crisp body.

Tap at Osaka Holiday 2025. Deep amber color, looks like tea. Nose is caramel, resin, tea, citrus. Tea flavor is mild but there in the background, quite nice. Rich malt, resin, lemon. Really well put toegether.

Tap at Bakuon. Hazy copper color. Nice, fresh nose from the Cascade fresh hops. Light caramel and biscuit flavor, low carbonation--a bit too flat, but nice fresh hop flavor.

Egret Magic Hour Fruit IPA 4.5% Mellow gold with off-white foam and lacing. Big Meyer Kemon sweet aroma. Full bodied to an almost cloying degree. Richly sweet citrus. 3.5-3.6 TAP @ IBARAKI BAKUON

Interesting! Almost Weizen like wheatiness but without the sweetness. Very easy going.

Nice stuff. Feels like a soft drink! Berries, soft and lovely. Something lightly herbal there too. Good stuff!
