Description
In 2017, married couple Alex and Eric Dubois took over the vineyards of Château la Franchaie in La Possonnière, Anjou. The vineyard consists of 5.5 ha of organically certified vineyards divided into two areas: one at the vineyard and the other a few kilometers away, facing south along the Loire river. Both are cultivated according to biodynamic principles.

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.5%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a huge but shortlived head. Aroma of cider apples, horse stable, oak and sulphites. Very dry and crisp flavour of slightly oxidised apples, hints of oak and sulphites.
