Big fizzy shortlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is sweet boozy, red berries syrup, alcohol, cardboard, minerals, bark, apple cores. Taste is slightly dry sourish boozy, sour red berries, alcohol, apple cores, bark, minerals, cardboard, leafs. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Better try again, and turn down the ABV...

0,375 flaske fra julenissens webshop, delt hjemme med Kitty: klar lys strågylden med fint bruseskum. Herlig aroma og saftig, oppmuntrende smak av nyhøstede epler. Min første sider fra denne produsenten, og den skal på ingen måte bli den eneste. Lekker drikke fra første til siste dråpe. Tiltredes av sentralkomiteen.

375 ml clear bottle with gold foil and plastic "champagne" cork, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.5%. Golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, a hint of sulphites. Decent flavour of apples, slightly oxidised, medium dry, again a hint of sulphites.

Taster, poured from a bottle at Trøndersk Matfestival. Clear pale reddish body, bubbly surface, no lacing. Moderate smell of red berries and apples. Berry-fruity flavours, currants and apples. Rounded fruit- berry end, fizzy and sweet. Refreshing in smaller amounts. (Trondheim, 03.08.2023).

Taster, poured from a bottle at Trøndersk Matfestival. Clear, deep-reddish body, bubbles on the surface, no lacing. Apple-berry aromas, mid-sweet and dry. Mixed taste of raspberry and mid-sweet apples. Rather sweet and fizzy ending. Decent thirst quencher. (Trondheim, 03.08.2023).

Taste is harsh sour-ish boozy, berry skin, booze, fruit stones, sour raspberries, unripe apples, minerals, bark. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Meh!
