YG 300622. Red color with a small pinkish head. Aroma is apple, raspberries, sourness. Flavor is apples, berries, raspberries, grass, flowers, acidic. Nice cider.

Bottle, 375ml corked. It's a dark red one, more or less clear, with some bubbles on top. The aroma has quite a lot of raspberry, with fresh, crisp apple in the back. Some orchard and grass notes, flower hints and a touch of overripe pear. Slightly woody. Not much alcohol found. It's full to medium bodied, lightly acidic and tart, with some fruity sweetness. Raspberry, fresh apple and a touch of grass and pear in the flavor. Some alcohol warmth in the finish, but not much. A decent one, but a bit unbalanced and edgy. 220630

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, dusty sweet cherries, old cellar, grass, hay, minerals, dusty apples. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish dusty fruity mouthfeel. Boring.
