Canned 11/6/23, drunk 11/19/23. Heavily hazy, bronze-maize. Frothy, white head. Nose is fruity, with spice, green walnut, pear, lime, sweat and mineral. Biscuity, crackery malts. Clean, no resin. Mild, muted, some light spice, honey and mushy biscuit. Light lime, low bitterness and a bit of mineral. It's pretty low on flavor and there's nothing terribly bright here. Not sure why it's so muted, but there's solid underlying nelson character and a supple malt texture with good attenuation.
