Can @ Pilot Project Wrigleyville, Chicago IL (Sept 2025). Cloudy dark yellow-orange with a foamy off-white head, faint grain aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter piney taste grainy undertones, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Not at typical NEIPA.

16oz can. Enjoyable Amber Ale. Filtered amber-brown body. Steady, thin, off-white head. A little bit of a stale aspirin aroma. Pleasant malt tone, but doesn't come together quite so perfectly.

Draught @ Pilot Project, Chicago (Sept 2023). Extremely hazy dark yellow-orange, like peach juice, small frothy off-white head that flops down fast, mango-orange aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter mango-orange taste, pineapple flavor, lactose burn at the background, thin body, long juicy finish. Decent but lactose is too prominent.

16oz can. Pretty straightforward lager, a little better ingredients than macro stuff of course. Easy drinking, pleasant malt tone. Not a lot going on, but well executed enough for what it is.

Nitro at DU. Nice sweet chocolate aroma. Fully enjoyable nitro stout. Coffee touched but not dominated, perhaps giving it needed depth. Extra steady creamy beige head. Good.

Tap at Pilot Project. Clear orange-copper body. Resinous, piny, rindy. A little bit soapy, sweet but very drinkable, true to style. Easy medium body, pleasant hop balance.
