Coaxed myself into a second pour of something. Protein hazed, webbed pour. Soggy, boozy, semi-sweet honey nose. Bittersweet, leaning sweet. As much apple as cracker malt, a little honey. Low veggie, fruit twang, a little chocolate oddly, salt, medium low carb, textured finish. Meh.

Damn, this place smells. Dark coffee pour, decent cookie head. Earthy, burnt veggie, cooked kale nose. Grapefruit pith hops, veggie, thin malt, bittersweet, astringent backend, strong co2, lingering cola acid. Good.

Draft sampler at the 2023 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Cloudy yellow color with a tiny white head. Very middle-of-the-road Kolsch. Not bad, but forgettable.

Bottle. Pours black. Coffee, maple, barrel, nutty, booze, chocolate. Nice oily body. Good.

Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a cloudy raw umber color with a beige head. I can taste the hazelnut and pecan flavors. Sweet. Too sweet. Any bock characteristics are lost in the sweetness. A messy mix.

On tap courtesy of the crew at Broken Strings. Cheers! Can't say no to a gree 13.5% impy stout. Offered otherwise in 6oz or 500mL draft pours. Amazing. Okay. I'm not going to go too deep into this. It's soy sauce. It looks like soy sauce. It tastes like Bourbon barrel aged soy sauce with nuts added. Late palate. Soy sauce. Big bold and flavorful. Yep. Strong. Flavor. Hmm.

Draft pour enjoyed at Broken Strings. The most normal looking beer at the oddest brewery I've been to in quite a while. Mostly clean golden orange appearance. Patchy head. Bitter hop front. Some slight stale grain background. Not overly flavorful, but drinks smooth. Soft earthy finish. Average but decent pale overall.

Draft pour at Broken Strings, Orlando. One of the most unique breweries / beers I've run into in a while. Glowing watermelon amber appearance. Cola background with some slightly sour fruit tones. No way to describe this to make it sound good, but honestly, it works. Thin fading head. Candy sweet and sour finish, but again, why does it jot bother me. Super unique and interesting. Alright..

Can from explosivefog: pours brownish orange haze, ugly. Fortunately aroma and taste were a vast improvement. Enormous fruitiness. Quite sweet. Well covered heft.
