Tater. Very, VERY light, ideal for a corn adjunct style. Toasty malt nose, no distracting adjuncty sweetness. Taste is equally light. Like an unskunked Corona. I do get a slight edge of corn, but again no extra sweetness or off notes. Finding so many local interpretations of Mexican light beers, and I'm enjoying them more and more.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours a hazy earthy orange with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has lots of sweet orange with a bit of tropical fruits and sweet grains. Flavor has sweet orange, sweet grain and a bit of citrus rind supporting.

At Decibel: hazy with white head. Aroma is berries and bubblegum. Taste much the same. Soft and gentle unlike the band.

Metal beer fest, enjoyed during Craven Idol set. Pours hazy yellow. Grapefruit, stonefruit, berry, tropical. Medium body. Contrasting pairing, soft and juicy when the band is hard and loud. Decent.

12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy pale yellow color. Large, dense, pillowy beige head. Exquisite lacing. Citrusy hop aroma hints at pineapple. Flavor follows nose. Bready malt, red berries and orangey notes. Brief dry finish.

Draft taster at Orange & Brew. A very good summer-weight beer. Fruity hop smell, cloudy gold with a thin white head. Taste is bright Malts, Caramel roasts. A big Apricot taste tells me that's the result of this particular hop load. Don't feel the alcohol in this half glass sample. Very tasty and a nice break from over-bittered NEIPAs.

16 oz. can at the “Kraft Kane” and Guaranteed Rate Field (White Sox park). Yes, they DO have a craft selection here at Sox Park. Yeah, it’s still the usual ballpark prices ($11 for this 16-ouncer), but I still count this as a great step up. Now to the beer. Light Pilsener yellow color, which tends to indicate an American Pale Ale. Pours a nice head of foam from the can to the plastic cup. Taste has a little more sharp bitterness than the Revolution Suncrusher I had before this. Malts tend to the light, summer beer side. Had I not looked at the can, I’d never have known this was a 7% abv beer. Since we were walking around to all the new beer-centric attractions at what will always be Comiskey Park to me, it was pretty easy to work off the extra alcohol. So my impression, wrong as it may be, was of a beer that’s light in malts, yet sharp in hop bitterness and finish.
