Crispish for a polotmavy, which is better than most of that style I've had. A little light rust and iron. Dark copper pour with good head and lacing. Crisp bitter end. Tap at High Side.

Sampled from the tap at Craft + Carry Gramercy. Pours a clear copper gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has earthy citrus and grass with a bit of bread backing. Flavor has grass and bread with a growing citrus presence.

On tap at As Is NYC, pours a bloody peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma has bright guava, hay, and a touch of tartness. Flavour is dry, with plenty of fermented out pink guava, hay, whispy wheat, and a touch of tart citrus. Nicely balanced and easy-drinking. Very good.
