Sample pour is a clear gold with some thin white head. Nose took a moment to open up before it gave off orange peel and straw. A bit underwhelming. Maybe light funk or maybe that's the coriander. Flavor is better, grain and wheat and orange all come through. Mild spice. Curacao orange. Finishes dry, medium bodied, lushly prickly. 6 3 6 3 11

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a clear deep gold colored body that has copper hues and thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up orange marmalade, clementine and then sweet smelling grapefruit and orange hard candy. The taste delivers mildly bitter orange, clementine and tangerine like citrus hoppiness. The hop bitterness grows a bit to midway as sweet citrus hard candy begins to muscle in on the experience. Citrus hop bitterness wells up again into the finish just as modest murmurs of booziness gives you a hint of the high ABV. Nice easy going brew.
