Snow Republic draught, 7/7/24. Moderately hazy. Strong coconut juice and biscuity malt. Probably some Sabro in there too. Heavy Sabro actually outdoes the coconut juice. Moderate bitterness balances. Good maltiness and pretty well-attenuated. Lingering pine-accented coconut.

Brewery draught, 7/7/24. Heavily hazy, bronze-honey. Small, white head. Juicier, hoppier than Alyssa Milano. Heavily fruity yeast. Cracker malts. Clean. Juicy with ample bitterness up front leading to a crackery, bready finish with floral notes, light spice and citrus. Ample though lower bitterness. Soft, dry, medium-bodied, moderate malt depth.

Snow Republic 7/7/24. Moderately hazy bronze-maize. Small, white head. Heavily fruity yeast. Very yeasty through and through. Pineapple, mango and heavy orange juice. Cracker malts. Cracker malts add scant body. Orange hop character with intense yeastiness. Very low bitterness. Lower overall flavor. Clean.
