16 oz can from AE, 12/26/24 (also had this on Lukr pour last week). Clear amber color with a beige head and fairly strong lacework. Herbal, bready, and grainy, with toffee and spice. Resiny notes later on. A little earthy. Very smooth and deliberate. Spice-forward hop dryness to the finish. Fun beer. 8/4/8/4/17

16 oz can from AE, 12/16/24. Clear gold, white head. Bright, lemon zest, grass, pineapple, and some honeydew. Very drinkable and balanced. It's a little dry on the close. Drinks fairly smooth. Fun beer. 8/4/8/4/17

50cl bottle at a DC beer share. Brown with some beige head, Big malt and candi sugar, some esters. Flavor has a little cocoa, dried fruits, dusty grains. Full bodied but not overly sweet. Solid for the style.

Bottle from AE, 11/21/24. I had this at the 3rd Anniversary, but somehow, I haven't rated it yet. It's dark brown, small head. Rich whiskey, dark malt, wood, and chocolate on the aroma. Drinks smooth. Sweetness is mild. Fairly boozy. Big, rich, thick mouthfeel. A little oily. Definitely drinks every bit of it's 10.4% (honestly, it feels bigger). Fun one.

500 ml bottle from the 2024 Anniversary release, 11/19/24. It pours dark brown with a small brown head and drippy lace. The aroma is bourbon, wood, and coffee. Some dark cherry notes. A little chocolate. Toasty and nutty notes as well. Rich and smooth. Somewhat boozy, with a warming finish. Nicely done.
