16 oz can purchased at the brewery in Mission, Kansas to go. The pour is a hazed orange yellow golden with a noisy two inch slightly off white head that falls with loose lace. The aroma is bright tart passion fruit, lemon citrus, sweet plum fruit and general lactic yeast character. The taste is brightly tart passion-fruit, sour lemon and the fresh fruit of the plum. Initial sour shock passes quickly, and the pleasant tartness remains. The palate is light to medium bodied, low carbonation and the nice fruit tart and sweetness through to the finish. Tasty beer.

375 ml bottle purchased at the Lukas Liquor Superstore in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a gusher, color is hazed orange ruby with an off white head that initially is a quite foamy off whtie that is fizzy and falls fast. The aroma is fresh tart raspberry, the whole raspberry - fruit, skin, seed, there is also some lemon citrus sour present. The taste is immediately quite sour, though gives way quickly to lemon citrus, soft lactic, and the raspberry fresh fruit with tart and sour that carries the back. The palate is medium bodied, with lower carbonation and the raspberry bright tart soft sour finish. Tasty, well integrated flavors, nicely made.
