Amber, bright -indeed just a nice, deep colour that gives off warm vibes, like drinking around the fire on a chilly Tucson winter evening. That is just an evocative colour. Such a rich malt aroma -this could be German. It has been a long fucking time since I smelled that -lagers are back in style and most breweries can't make them well, but this smells like fresh baked bread pro level. On the palate it doesn't follow through quite as much but it's still pretty good. Nice malt sweetness, moderate bitterness, all good, just not as amazing as that aroma.

Light brown, nutty and a bit thin, so perhaps not the balance I prefer, being fairly sweet and simple.

Bright, amber, not much head. Piney hop, slight lemon balm, medium bitterness, light biscuity accent. Nailing the malt here. Hops have a subtle complexity.

Opaque and pale, not much head. Hop nose is spicy, grapefruity, soft malt base, some stone fruit accents. Not bad.

Billed as an EIPA, has a pale amber colour, slight haze, not much head. Toasty aroma, biscuity malts and a leafy hop note. More of an American yeast character but you could make the case for an English malt/hop dynamic.

Pale amber, some haze, thin head, could look better. Balanced tartness, lemony and bright. Clean. Well balanced.

Shared by explosivedog: pours reddish with whitish head. Aroma is hibiscus and raspberry. Sweet with plenty floral hibiscus notes.
