330ml bottle at Tsypa Craft Pub in Kyiv. Pours foggy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is vanilla, grapefruit, a little buttery. Taste is medium sweet, vanilla, lactose. Medium bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Nice.

400ml on tap at Tsypa Craft Pub in Kyiv. Pours black with a small espresso head. Aroma is pine, coffee and roasted malt. Taste is light sweet, piney hops, roasted malt. Medium bitter finish.

Brutale Stouts und Porter bringt man auch in der Ukraine gut zusammen. Dies ist ein schön vollmundiges, recht trockenes und recht starkes Bier, das sicher vielen leuten zu hart ist. Aber aromentechnisch ist es sehr fein komponiert und hat einen langen angenehm röstmalzigen Nachhall.

Hier nahm man sich die tschechischen Zehngrädigen Biere zum Vorbild. Es ist also ein recht leichtes Bier, das man an heißen Tagen trinken kann. Allerdings ist es mir zu sauer und hat so gut wie keinen Hopfengeschmack. Das geht besser.

02.05.2019 -- on tap at taranka in kiev. pours rather black with a steady beige head. aroma of balsamic vinegar, slight chocolate. more black chocolate on the mouth, again with some balsamico notes. not too sour though. a bit thin for a baltic porter. long bitter finish. alcohol is hidden, but otherwise this is not very convincing.

30.04.2019 -- on tap at mokh.khmel in kiev, 58 uah/0.4l. pours a clear pale golden with a dense head. aroma of tropical fruits, maybe mango, and grass. flavour of grass, bread, spruce. bitter finish, a hint of alcohol in the aftertaste despite low abv.

Good tasting beer, it just looks horrible on draft at their own place in Kiev. Incredibly cloudy. Good body and nice clean flavour though.
