By Dookit's standards I'm actually a little disappointed by this. Not especially sharp and while there's clearly mango flavour the cardomom is maybe a touch too subtle and I'm not really getting kulfi vibes. Pleasant enough but I'd have just thought it was a mango beer of some sort.

Bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - murky peachy, orange to pink. Foamy off-white head.
Nose - raspberry straight up, muted elderflower note. An edge of tart and funk.
Taste - big elderflower this time, followed in by the raspberry. Light tartness.
Palate - light bodied, tart middle and finish.
Overall - good, actually.
