Can from Fountainhall Wines, Aberdeen. It pours hazy lemon yellow with. Frothy white cap. The aroma is rather herbal, green, coriander, parsley, damp grass, savoury character, wheat crackers and some Bavarian cheese. The taste is dryish to begin with, doughy wheat bread, floury, cracker, twist of orangey citrus, herbal, damp coriander and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rounded and pretty drinkable stuff. Not bad.
