440ml can Sophie's Beer Store. Deep hazed brownish amber appearance, minimal head that recedes. Good smokiness here with an earthy woody linger and mild honey-smoked ham. Perhaps an off-putting hint of TCP coming through on the finish, but enjoyable overall.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear pale straw yellow with a lasting fluffy white head. The aroma is hay, grain, must, pear, cactus, lemon - lime, definite tequila vibes and margarita. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, minerality, salty, savoury, lemon - lime, white grape, gooseberry, zingy, zippy, margarita vibes, must, grain, straw, dry oak, tannin, lactic and a nip of acidity with a drying finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fun stuff.
