Draught, taster @Fermentoren, Copenhagen (Denmark). 05/05/2023. [#6.355 Global - #339 Denmark - #1 Heavy Duty Brewing (My Danish Brewery #60)] Pours dark brown with a tan lasting head. Aroma: coffeish malts. Taste: watery coffeish malts and mild licorice. Chocolate and mild espresso aftertaste. Next one please!

Keg at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Poured a light hazed pale yellow with a white cap. Aroma: grains, light citrus, yeast. Taste: moderate sweet & light to moderate bitter, smooth, creamy malt, some citrus. Light to medium body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Fermentoren. Black with a lasting off-white head. Roasted aroma with chocolate and charcoal. Sweet roasted flavour with a drying burned finish.

Draft at the Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, buttery, malt, citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured almost black in colour with a big, lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt and caramel, with a smooth, roasty, light dry smoky ashtray, light liqourice, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Looks like a stout, tastes like a dunkel!

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (10/09/2022) - hazed golden pour with a white head. Sweet fruity with some nice citrus fruity action, smooth soft mouthfeel with a medium body, solid light bitter hoppy edge. Tasty and easy drinking.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, citrus fruits, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Very high drinkability.
