24th July 2024 Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth creamy sweet malts, a nice light mouthfeel, never feels thin but neither does it feel over sweet pillowy. Light crisp pine. Bright juicy orange and mandarin. Mild peel. A little citrus peel. Sweeter and juicier citrus on the back end. A touch of that modern Simcoe pineapple, slightly ripe. Very light savoury hop and hop spice. A rather nice Simcoe dipa then. Richly juicy hop fruity.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours dark with a tan head. Crackin. Excellent flavoursome stout for the strength, nicely rich with a piney hop presence. Very good

Deep dark brown, near black, with a frothy tan head and a big fruity nose. Sweet dark fruit up front, some sweet coffee notes before a very slightly bitter finish

Sweetish, creamy and dankish with loads of vinous grapey Nelson hoppiness, tropical fruits, citrus and grapefruit, hints of pine and grass. Quite intensely hoppy but a bit unbalanced
