Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small and fairly short lived pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a reasonable creamy sweetness but there is a fair amount of hop skunk to do battle with here, along with mild hop spice. Soft pine into a decent winey gooseberry. Almost as good as it gets these days. More hop spice on the smooth and semi dry finish. If the skunk could be dialled down to let the unique NS flavours shine a bit more, this would be a top notch brew. But given the faded intensity of NS these days, that maybe an impossible ask.

500ml can. Murky yellow, white head. Aroma is vinous, white wine, grape, gooseberry and some earthy notes. Taste is very vinous, white wine, grape, very dank, gooseberry, some citrus, herbal. Full bodied, soft, smooth. As good as this is the Citra one seems unbeatable right now.

Can thanks to my bro. It pours murky creamy good with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, ripe, sappy, resinous, gooseberry, white grape, grengage, pear crumble, brioche and candy. The taste is soft, fairly sweet, green, weedy, dank, loads of green fruits, touch of spice, white grape, gooseberry, greengage, melon, boiled sweets, floury bread, brioche, milk loaf and some alcohol with a soft finish. Medium+ body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely aroma. Tastes is touch sweet tbh, but decent.

Can from Kill the Cat, Brick Lane, London. Lightly hazed yellowy-gold with a white head and a light fizz. Floral up front (peach blossom?) with lemon coming through. Sweetish with a light sourness. Intensely refreshing and very moreish. I thought this was excellent, especially given the low strength.
