Can. Hazy gold beer, good and refreshingly persistent pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Soft airy pale malts, a mild creamy sweetness, suits this dipa. Right then, Nectaron hops as delivered by this rather splendid single hop series. Light juicy stone fruits and light cooling pine. There is a mild floral peach and mild plum and Nectarine. A mild hop spice bite. Light smooth finish. Hmmm, was expecting a little more hop richness given the general punchiness of this series but, maybe this is Nectaron laid bare. Certainly hop fruity and very much stone fruits with a mild side serving of citrus. Honeyish stone fruits on the vlose.Yeah, one of those dipa that doesn't immediately grab but, slowly seduces with its goodness. Very nicely stone fruits and juicy. A real grower.

Can bought at FarFarOut, Southsea. Hazy opaque pale gold. Initially frothy foamy white head soon slinks away. Aroma is citrusy with a resinous streak and peripheral canned fruit syrup sweetness. Underlying porridge. Flavourwise it has stone fruit with a citrus sour streak. A resinous bitter element. Quite punchy. Light-medium bodied. Slick and also benefits from soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry quite astringent finish. Not bad house beer.

Keg at Farfarout, Southsea. Hazy-opaque dull gold. Foamy white head develops some bald spots. Aroma is fruity and sour before the green tea and vanilla come through (and also biscuity). Flavourwise it has initial sourness- bitter lemon - before developing a chewy element. Some spice. Vanilla not obviously present. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Somewhat polite Gose. A tad different.

Keg at Farfarout, Southsea. Cloudy waxy orange. Foamy white head. Aroma is very sweet and fruity with a herbal edge. Flavourwise it's pretty similar, with added pith and a resinous bitterness. Develops sweet porridge. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable if sweet.

Keg at Farfarout, Southsea. Clear gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Aroma is herbal and fruity with a yeast element. Flavourwise it has a tangy and very sweet streak. Citrusy. Syrupy. A bitter herbal edge. Slightly resinous. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Clearly Nelson hopped but ultimately a sweet uet boring lager at heart.
