Description
Bad Manners Gypsy Brewing Co. is a craft beer project that was founded in 2023 by a crazy guy Rangel better known as Rango. The name "Gypsy Brewing" refers to the fact that the company does not have a physical brewery of its own, but instead brews its beer at various locations around Sofia, Bulgaria, and abroad. The name "Bad Manners" is a homage to a favorite band and also represents the desire to create a brand that is bold and unapologetic. He wants to challenge the traditional norms and create beers that are not afraid to push boundaries. The first beer from Bad Manners Gypsy Brewing Co. is "Third Eye" West Coast IPA, named after a song by another favorite band of his. The project is focused on brewing a variety of unique and flavorful beers, including IPAs, sours, and stouts. Overall, Bad Manners Gypsy Brewing Co. aims to become known for their delicious beers, as well as their rebellious attitude towards the beer industry.

Head gone in seconds over pinkish tinted orange beer, looking still. Salicylic acid, mint, pharmaceutical, unripe strawberry. Again salicylic acid, but the strawberries, present, have seen fit to start decaying, rotting. What happened here? Light acidthinning. Feels better carbonated than it looks; acidburn, some rye creaminess. This ought not to have gone out. Wondering how the fruit looked when it went in.
