Bottle. Barrel aged on Chestnut and oak wood Agitator (Swedish Whisky) barrels, according to the label. Color: Slightly hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma: Malty, dried fruit, wood. Taste: Malty, dried stonefruit and dark fruit, subtle caramel fudge, a lot of wood (oak and chestnut, apparently) and tannins, hints of Whisky. Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate to over moderate bitterness. Dry woody finish. As said before, ther's a lot of wood in this beer. Interesting. Likeable.

Bottle. Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Smoked meat. Taste: Smoked meat, bacon, roasted malt notes. Sweetish hints. Hoppy backbone. Hints of chocolate. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Not as good as the German Schlenkerla smoked beers, in my opinion, but a nice smoked Porter overall.

Bottle. Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, some coffee and liquorice. Taste: Smooth, creamy. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Roasted malt, notes of liquorice, coffee, earthy. Light hints of smoke. Floral hop backbone. Over moderate sweet and bitter. Nice.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Near black, firm head. Aroma of smoked ham, chocolate and tobacco. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate, smoked charcuteries and some caramel.

Bottle. Color: Almost black, light brown head. Aroma: Coffee, earthy, spruce notes. Taste: Spruce, floral, honey notes, earthy, roasted malt and coffee notes. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Long lasting finish. Moderate to over sweetness and bitterness. Porter with a Nordic twist. Nice one.

12/4/2025. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers! Pours clear dark amber brown with a small lasting frothy beige head. Aroma is fruit cake, dried fruits, toffee, honeycomb, flowers, brown bread. Medium sweetness, mild bitterness, touch tart. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Really nice.
