Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation. Moderate to high bitterness. Fruity, citrus, ripe fruit, dirty sponge. Dry finish.

0.33 l bottle from Eataly Trieste, shared with Ogi. Unclear golden, medium to large head. Lightly hoppy, citrusy, zesty and earthy. Light fruity notes emerge, some sweet strawberry toothpaste, slightly perfumy. Light to medium body, quite smooth texture, sweet fruity profile, berries, citrus, malts. Light bitterness. Moderate carbonation, light finish.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours amber gold, fairly hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is hoppy and toffee, resinous and caramel. Body is slightly thin, with average carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, continuing in the final as well.

Hazy amber. Aroma is grain prickly pear light mirabelle. Taste is bitter fruity hops with light caramel malt. Quite pleasant with complex finish and fluffy mouthfeel. Good.

Dark brown. Aroma is mushroom chocolate coffee light caramel. Taste is full bodied umami with bitter coffee and light caramel sweetness. Good complexity and rich finish. Intense for 5 abv and really good.

Hazy amber. Aroma is mango mirabelle apricot light caramel. Taste is sweet apricot jam with bitter fruity hops. Nice balance and profile. Mouthfeel could be a bit more finebubbled but apart from that very nice.
