[ As Birra Perugia Golden Ale ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops, moderate yeast, light fruity yeast. Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, dark blonde, persistent white foam, very fine. Aroma is light citrus, light malt, well balanced. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with limited sweetness. Finish is fairly long and bitter.

375ml bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy, orange, practically no foam. Aroma is of white wine, with a clear lactobacillus feeling. Body is slim with intense carbonation. A nice choice, which makes this beer very enjoyable to drink. Taste is medium sour, with some bitterness and a touch of sweetness in the entrance. Finish is short and clean.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent classic gold with medium white foam, persistent and very fine. Aroma is initially very intense citrus, then moderate. Body is just a little dense with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter but with some sweetness in the beginning. Finish is average in length but fairly bitter.
