On tap @ Station 26 with jcnielsen. Slightly hazy, lift yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma is mint, artificial sugar, herbs, and light fruit. A bit tart, twangy lime soda, herbal, heavy mint flavor. Gimmicky and not that good. Bud Light Lime for beer snobs but not as good.

Pint at the brewery - lightly hazy orange - slightly Americanized version of a bitter here in that it is fairly woody and citrusy, lacking the malt-forward character you kind of expect from the style - fairly dry - there is a slight mineral character and earthy malt quality - though it’s surprisingly bitter and not quite to style, with a somewhat watery finish, it’s still a decent beer.

Pint at the brewery - just slightly more malt-forward than most of their IPAs, reminding me a bit of SN Torpedo with respect to malt and hop profile - nose presents some strong citrus and tropical character in the nose - up front it is fairly sweet, almost bready maltiness - sweetness gradually makes way for woody, citric, spicy hop character, gradually increasing in bitterness through the finish - solid, as usual, but finishes a little thin in body.

Pint at the brewery - hazy light gold - Oh yes, another exceptional IPA from this brewery - lovely texture in the mouth - nice balance of clean malt sweetness and complex hop character (citrus, flowers, grass, moderate resin) - as usual with this brewery, the bitterness is assertive but not abrasive or overpowering - one of their best single-hops, and really one of their best IPAs in general - up there with Juicy Banger, which is also currently on tap (yyyyesssss).

Pint at the brewery - clear pale gold - nose is lightly sweet honey, mildly spicy and.herbal hops, touches of white grape - light body - somewhat watery texture, but it does develop some frothiness on the tail end - sweet upfront, but slightly drier through the middle, mildly bitter/spicy - finish is a little sweet, with hints of lingering white.grape - clean enough, but pretty lacking.

This brew pours a dark brown color with some amber around the edges, and a medium foamy light tan that dissipates steadily to a dense film. Aroma of smoked malt, dark chocolate and a touch of hops. Medium body with flavors of burnt malt, coffee, dark chocolate and earthy hops. The finish is smoky with a roasty malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
