Can in CO. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Decent IPA overall, with a little pale bread, white grape, melon. Mild grass and pine bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, faint warmth, relaxed bitterness, more white grape, rindy orange. Alright.

16oz can thanks to Torrey.Hazy pour, smal white head. Light juicy citrus for the aroma, taste brings some grassy notes, juicy with a light bitter edge.

Draft. Golden body with a frothy, white head. Aroma of toasted grain, tropical fruit, orange, citrus. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly biter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Not as juicy as many east coast IPAs and not as banging as many west coast. But OK.

Draft unique shaped pint glass at Station 26 Brewing Company in Denver, Colorado. The pour is opaque brown black with a smaller khaki head. The aroma is roast, along with grass hop and a bit of resin pine. The taste is a nice balance between the clean chocolate roast malt and the clean grass and resin hops. The palate is light to medium bodied with a clean mineral finish. Solid.

Taste at the Coaltrain IPA Madness tasting. Pours a clear, bright, golden color, with a medium, fine, bubbly, beige head. The aroma is papaya, dust, black pepper, pine, and bread. Sweet and malty, with a sharp bitterness. Medium body, with a hard, crisp mouthfeel. This is a pretty nice, straightforward IPA.
