Draft at Paragon, 3/14/23. Hazed yellowish-orange color, white head, plenty of lace. Strong coriander over clove, pepper, orange and lemon. Finishes on the peppery side. Pretty good.

On tap at Hamilton Tap & Grill in Hamilton, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Pale gold pour cascades millions of tiny bubbles. Large creamy white head. Tart, bready malt aroma. Taste is tangy, yeasty wheat malt. Borderline between a Bavarian Hefeweizen and Berliner Weisse. Light in body. Clean and crisp with an distinctive sour finish

On tap at Central Jersey Beerfest at Mercer County Park. Slightly hazed honey gold pour. Bready malt aroma hints at earthy hops and mild citrus. Easy drinking and a nice mouthfeel.

Draft at Maloney's, 9/26/22. Clear rusty orange, beige head. Malty, bread, caramel, toffee, and pine. A little bitter. Good mouthfeel.

Draft at Maloney's, 9/26/22. Unclear dark yellow color, off white head. Fruity and sweet, with the coconut coming through more than the lime for me. Solid.
