Mumbo Jumbo Fresh Beer is us: Cosmo and Davide.

After years working for different breweries we met in the Basque Country and decided to start our own project to make the kind of beers we want to drink. We’re currently nomad brewing at other breweries, but the plan is to open our own tank bar-style brewpub in Bilbao very soon.

Smell of roasted malt, ash, some chocolate, hops. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of ash, bitter hops. Finishes with dark chocolate and faint milk. Lively carbon. Very bitter. Dry palate.

Pours hazy yellow with a lasting off-white head. Aroma: plenty of floral hops, citra and orange zest. Taste: floral and herbal leading to a light hoppy mouthfeel.
