Draft @ Brett Fest 2015. Red pour. Aroma is very fruity, with some tart. Taste has lots of orange, berries, mild cherry and a pleasent sourness. Good beer.

Draft @ Brett Fest 2015. Purple-ish color. Aroma of vanilla and berries. Taste is somewhat like cassis with vanilla and a mild sourness. Weird, but nice.

Pours hazy goldenish yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and tiny grassy with crackers, freshly baked white bread, grapefruit juice, pineapple, white grapes, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, tiny malty, tiny fruity and hearthy. Mouthfeel is dry, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, mango, white grapes, freshly cut grass, pine needles, bay leaves, minerals and lemon zest. Cool beer! Chardonnay character shines through in an interesting way.

Draft @ Beer Ditch, Malmö. Pours a hazy very pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart mango orange aroma. Fruity sour tart acidic mango flavor with hints of orange. Has a fruity sour tart acidic orange and mango finish.

Thanks for sharing. Sampled draft @ Beer Tempel during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Deep raspberry pink, little bubbles. Hugely intense amazing raspberry nose, mildly complimentary lactic & light cinnamon,… Taste is huge intensely fruity sweet raspberry with vanilla, cinnamon, candy, very faint lactic,.. So intense fruity, vanilla, cinnamon, desert-like,… Lightly fizzy,… Best beer @ Carnivale Brettanomyces #4 for me & best Berliner Weisse so far. Absolutely stunning. Intense.

Thanks for sharing. Sampled draft @ Beer Tempel during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Bright lemonade pink, small pinkish head. Nose is very muck like a lemonade, fizzy & soft-drink, artificial fruity-like. Taste very heavy mineral lemonade, soft drink, fizzy rhubarb, sugar, artificial lemonade notes, floral, light wheat,… Very fizzy body. Not bad but overly lemonade-like.

Draught at BeerTemple in the context of Carnivale Brettanomyces. Stable, creamy, off-pinkish head, hazy ruby red colour with brownish hue. Tart and funky aroma of yoghurt, rose hip, tomato and cranberry juice but in fact representing the raspberries, dry wood, wheat; estery and sour onset, raspberries with a kind of cranberry flavour, yoghurty lactic acidity, dusty yeast, lemon juice accent with lingering fruit acidity, quite refreshing in the end with a more sedate woody tannin character to it, albeit subtle. Refreshing, complex and very drinkable. Thanks to both Ster of the BeerTemple and the brewer himself for this suggestion!

On tap at Taproom Malmö. Hazy golden with a white head. This was almost like drinking an apple pie. A lot of apples and cinnamon both in the aroma and taste. Sour and with a dry finish. I liked this one.

On tap at Taproom Malmö. Almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light grain, some citrus and bread. Similar taste. Also some grass in the taste. Medium bitter and with a low carbonation. Ok.
