On tap at Beer Ditch, Malmö. Hazy yellow with almost no head. Very fresh with lemon, mango, light bread and some hints of malt. The taste was nicely sour with lemon, mango, bread, some orange and hints of hay. The mouthfeel was light and the finish dry and sour. A very refreshing one.

On tap at Hamnmästaren. (finally my first one from Sahtipaja) Hazy orange/amber with a small white head. Aroma and taste of smoke, dark bread, light fruit and cereal. A bit on the sweet side and with a good sourness. I have only tried a couple of Sahti in Finland before and this was a quite special one.

Draft at Jopen Amsterdam during Carnival Brettanomyces 2015. Pours hazy purple with a ring purple head. Aroma of rich blueberries and soft oak notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and acidic with a big oaky finish. Super soft and balanced in the mouthfeel with no harsh acidity. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft @ brett fest 2015. Dark pink pour. Aroma of berries and vanilla. Taste is quite diverse, with sweet berries, mild sour tart, wheat, vanilla and subtle ba booze. Good stuff.

Tap @ Beer Temple, tick. Hazy reddish color, short pinkish head. Aroma of cassis, raspberry syrup, slight wheat. Bit tart raspberry in taste as well, more balanced with the malty notes. A bit sharp on the raspberry actually. Ok, but quite harsh.
