Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustav. Gyllengul och disig. Svår att beskriva både doft och smakmässigt. En udda lite funkig jästighet ger karaktär, lätt syrlig, lite citrus, gräs, passionsfrukt, tallbar men inte alls som en vanlig apa utan allt med en frisk jästig tvist. Kul och gott.

Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustav, Malmö. Färg mellan smutsrosa och vinrött, disig. Massor av hallon i både doft och smak, hö och något udda jag inte kan sätta fingret på kanske lite jäst men jag anar också lite lök. Hur som helst riktigt trevlig med fin lactosyrlighet. Gott

Draft @ Ölstugan Tullen Andra Långgatan, Göteborg. Pours a slightly hazy very pale yellow color with no head. Has a fruity spicy apple pie and cinnamon aroma. Fruity spicy apple pie cinnamon flavor. Has a fruity spicy apple pie finish.

Bottled@Tkrjukoff. Deep red colour, no head. Aroma is elderflower, alcohol, some raspberries and cherry stones. Flavour is very smoothly the same, but also has some quite liquorlike sweetness to it. Somewhat dry palate.

Bottle sample @ Troy’s Bday tasting @ Stein & Vine. Thanks Meadme. This is probably as close to Schramm’s very own Heart of Darkness as one could get. De couleur acajou, doré au verre laissant un fin filament huileux. Arôme est assez impressionnant et qui réunit dans un majestueux bouquet des notes de baies rouges. Retrouve surtout un agréable cassis noir, rappelant un léger Black Agnes, les groseilles sont également bien là avec un profil un peu plus aigre-doux que sa consœur Palais est épais, cloying, fruité noir avec une tonne de baies, surtout le cassis, fleuri léger collant aux lèvres. Et une profondeur des fruits qui est juste fantastique.
