From tap at Borefts 2016. Aroma is very fruity, lots of mango and passion fruit, tropical fruits, some lacto. Flavour is above moderate acidy sourness. Body is light. Very refreshing and fruity with a good puckering sourness, I love this!

Bottle from Beergium. Aroma is intense sour apricot, wheaty notes, peach, touch of yoghurt, lemon. Flavour is above medium sour with a fairly dry finish. Body is medium. Nicely juicy and sour with lots of fruits, apricots. Excellent.

25cl bottle 2016 tasted feb 2024 hazy yellow, few clear bubbles as head aroma of sweet honey mead with finer refreshing mint like herbal notes also. a bit of earthy notes. fainter sweet woody notes. no oxidation even though the bottle is not new. complex but still very meady, lovely aroma. flavor is sweet honey, some woody and slighly oxidized notes, flowers, faint fresh red fruits fruitiness, pretty nice mead flavor, more complex than just fermented honey, but the complexity does not hold back the honey, complements it.

(Bottle, a sample, at CoolHead Taproom, 20231219) The mead poured golden and clear. Aroma had honey, grain and floralness. Palate was medium bodied and rather dry. Flavours were honey, grain and light sweetness. Aftertaste had honey and grain. A tasty and balanced mead. The buckwheat gave pleasant grainy notes.

Sampled for bottle at Cool head Taproom, Helsinki. Poured clear and light golden in color. Aroma is interesting, malty mead like. Light spicy, dusty malty like as well. Sweetish honey, some warmth.
