Keg at SOPP, Helsinki. Clear pale yellow. Aroma of, well apple pie. Sweet up front with apples, cinnamon and custard. Slight tartness towards the finish. Nice apple pie flavour, but adding auxiliary flavours to mead seem to be disturbing the natural honey flavour and replacing it with something much more shallow and simple.

Pours clear orange with a smooth head. Aroma of grassy hops, crisp malts, pine, hints of resin. Taste is crisp, hoppy and grassy with hints of fruits and pine. Finish is crisp and slightly grainy. Decent session IPA.

Pours clear pale with no head. Aroma of ripe bananas, sweet honey, hints of spices and peppers. Taste is sweetish, ripe fruity and almost soda-like with loads of banana and spices. Finish is sweet and stuffy until the chili kicks in. Loads of burning habanero in the finish. Quite intense.

Unclear pale golden color with a fine big white head. Nice lacing also. Lactic and citric aroma. A bit light body and a soft carbonation. Ok sourness/acidity. Lactic, fruity and citric flavor. Refreshing and easy drinkable Berliner.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2015) The brew poured pink and clear. No head. Aroma had sweetness and raspberries. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were raspberries, tartness, sweetness and low bitterness. Aftertaste had tartness and raspberries. Nice tart drink.
