bottle from @de Bierkoning, 33cl Violmjöd, 5%, 40 IBU. A mead with honey and violets. pours somewhat white/blue/green with a sparkling white head disappearing totally, weird color, never seen such ! however nice Aroma sour, sweet, floral, very fruity, violets, perfume. Taste medium sweetness, lightly sour, thin, fresh, honey, violets, nice sparkling carbonation, medium body, easy... amazing mead !

Fra fat på Bøker og Børst, Stavanger: uklar rødlig med kort skum. Intens og god aroma og smak av syrlige bringebær. Flott munnfylde for så lav voltstyrke og behagelig bærsyre i ettersmaken. Halvtørr og sprudler deilig på tungen.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2015) The beer poured pale golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had ginger, fruitiness and lemongrass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, ginger, lemongrass and bitterness. Aftertaste had ginger. A very spicy brew. Not really good.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20150731) The drink poured pale golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had honey, cinnamon and apples. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were apples, cinnamon, sweetness and low tartness. Aftertaste had apple peels and tartness. A nice brew but too sweet for my taste.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20150731) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and tangerine. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, pine, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy and light brew.

On tap at Gaasa, Oslo. Hazy and very pale with a white head. Yeasty aroma, feels like bakers yeast with doughy notes and citrus. Moderate sweet with nice acidity. Pleasant sour beer. Quite refreshing, but nothing to special.

Tap at SOPP 2015, Helsinki. Colour is clear lignt pink with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, raspberries, and some sweetness. Artificial.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2015. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is spices, floral and some wheaty and citrusy notes. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, some ginger, koriander and mild other spices and herbs as well.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2015. Hazy orangeish red colour, not much head. aroma is raspberry, some slight sour wooden notes as well as mild non-sweet honey touches to it. Flavour is raspberry, some mild non-sweet honey, wood and mild herbs to it.
