Bottle sample @CBC, big thanks to TImo, 01/05/15. Clear translucent appearance, no headwork. Nose is light perfume, parma violets, sweet, honey drizzle, blueberries. Taste comprises floral notes, honey, light berry fruit, sweet licks. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Nice low ABV approachable mead - wish there were more easy drinkers in the style like this!

Bottle 330ml. [ As Sahtipaja Pilot Series Ingefära Citron Session Mead ].Clear light yellow color almost crystal cleat water with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, ginger, citrus, artificial, cleaner agent alike. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, citrus acidic, ginger, tart ginger, citrus, light honey. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20150227]

Bottle 375ml. @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As Sahtipaja Lambic Style Röd Vinbär / Rabarber ].Clear light medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy grapes, barnyard, leather, berries, tart, rhubarb. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average duration, vinegar, rhubarb, tart, berries. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Very nice balanced flavor ;D [20150228]

On tap at Fermentoren. Cloudy red with a lasting pink head. Fresh raspberry juice aroma and little else. Dry and tart flavour of raspberry with a hint of bread. No sign of Berliner weiss, which in my case is a good thing, in fact no sign of beer at all.

CBC Blue Session. Bottle. Sample courtesy of the brewer. Hazy pink - peach beer, no real head. Palate is light and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Mild seltzer in to mild sourness. Blood orange, tangy and a little peach. Floral notes before a light dry finish. Nicely fruity floral but a bit dry.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Sahtipaja Berliner Weisse Sahtipaja Rött men inte Sött ].Light unclear medium red color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate red berries, tart berries, rhubarb, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, berry, tart berry, yeasty, refreshing, rhubarb. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20150227]

[ As Sahtipaja Pilot Series Björnbär Grapefrukt Berliner Weisse ].Unclear matt light medium red color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, mostly - fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, bjørnbær - blackberries, tart berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart berry, yeasty, blackberries, salty notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150227]

Bottle 375ml. corked @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As Sahtipaja Lambic Style Hjortron ].Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, leather, buckthorn, berry - fruit, aceton. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, dry, buckthorn, grapes, sweet berries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20150228]

Draught @ The Rover. Pours clear sparkling greenish pale golden with a small white head that doesn’t leave any trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny fruity and spicy with honey, dough, star anise, green apple skins, cinnamon and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, tiny bitter and tiny sour with dough, green apple skins, star anise and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, tiny dry, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, tiny bitter and tiny sour with dough, honey, star anise and lemon zest. Very doughy... Spicy rye bread sour dough really.
