Smell is fruity with honey, banana, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, tiny sour, fruity and tiny spicy with honey, bochet, banana, habanero, green apple skins and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, sparkling, tiny spicy hot and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny sour with honey, banana, habanero, dry soil and lemon zest. Double the honey character, triple the banana and double the habanero and this would have been great.
