Bottle 375ml. corked @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As Sahtipaja Lambic Style Hallon ].Clear light medium red color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy raspberry, sweet raspberry, sour raspberry, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic, light acetic - vinegar with a long duration, raspberry, tart, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150228]

Bottle 330ml. [ As Sahtipaja Vanha Ruskee ].Clear medium to dark amber color with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wood, tart, berries, aceton, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, vinegar - aceton, sweet berry, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20150227]

Sample from growler at CBC. Thanks Timo! Clear very very pale hay yellow liquid with grape hue and minimal fast dissipating white head. Aroma of honey, light grapes, viola flowers, viola candy and very light alcohol. Taste Is light to medium sweer with notes of viola, light earth, light honey and light grape. Light to medium bodied with medium to highh carbonation. Rrwlly nice stuff. Very drinkable and refreshing. Sessionable.

Bottled@fonefan. Reddish orange colour with a small pinkish head, that stays for quite a while. Aroma is nice sour wood along with some sourish raspberries, yeast and mild acidic notes. Flavour is sour and quite tart raspberries along with some sour wood, mild acidic notes. Very wellbalanced and nice.

Sample at En Öl- & Whiskymässa, Gothenburg, April, 2015. Hazy yellow goldenish, small white foam. Aroma is apples, cinnamon, dough, biscuit, bread, slight sourness, wheat. Taste is very interesting, starting slight sour wirh apples, citrus, slight floral, evolving into more cinnamon towards the finish which also is dry and a hint from fermented apples. Light body, medium carbo. Most interesting, basically an apple pie as described.

Draught at En Öl & Whiskymässa, Göteborg, April 2015.Hazy birch sap color, small white head. Berries towards raspberries scent, some smoke. Fresh, candy taste. Soft drink/pop sweet aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, very low to no bitterness.
