Can from Total Wine & More, W. Hollywood. Clear amber/iced tea, beautiful sparkle, nice head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong brown sugar over toasted caramel malt. Taste is a bit of fig, then brown sugar and toasted caramel malt. Smooth, frothy, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Some interesting aromas/flavors but not as advertised. A feature or a flaw? Was expecting it to be super boring so a pleasant surprise.

US Pint on-tap at the Rock-It Bar inside Whole Food (Laguna Niguel) on 26th June 2024. Nice looking beer, red hue to the amber body, clean and clear; on top an off-white crown. Toffee sweet front with a caramel biscuit flavour, I liked it. Too sweet for some I'd imagine.

OC Local, 1st ever Beer Festival; Sunday 16th July 2023. 100ml pours. Light golden body, white head. Subtle aroma with citrus and wine like esters. Taste also subtle, it's soft hops and mild malts blending nicely.

On tap at Project Social on 14th July 2023. Clean and clear golden body, white crown. Nice German Pils, mild hop bitterness and a low malty sweetness with a refreshing feel from start to finish.

On tap in Project Social, Dana Point, on 18th February 2022. Clean, clear and bright golden body, snow white head. Salty! Might have needed a Lime shoved up it's rectum for the full Mexican scene.

Half-pint, on-tap at Project Social, Dana Point, on 18th February 2022. Red body, clean looking in the afternoon sunshine, off-white head. Decent blend of semi-sweet maltiness and dank hops for bitterness.

5oz pour on a flight at The Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano on 1st February 2022. Black with a tanned head that hung around. Malty, grainy and dry. Not a sweet Bock by any standards, but fine all round.

On a flight in O'Sheas Tasting Room on 2nd January 2022. Clean and clear golden body, weak white head. Citrus fruits lead the way in both the nose and taste, lemon and grapefruit being the main two players, it's fairly bitter and dry from start to finish.
