The regular menu includes artisan-style appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and soups as well as wood-fired brick-oven pizzas. After 5pm the Chef’s Menu, which rotates weekly, is available. It typically features fresh seafood, steaks, pastas, and creative appetizers. All of this is complemented with our own line of craft beers which are brewed right in the middle of the dining room. A full bar with wine, bloody mary, and martini lists is also available for those who prefer something other than beer.

Draft/Fest. A- Dank. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Skunky. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Dry and a bit skunky. Starting to think I don't like this style. Adds some dry and crispness to beers but otherwise not a fan.

Draft/Fest. A- Chili peppers. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Chilies, lemongrass, ginger, spicy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spicy finish. O- Valid effort and one that a lot of people will love or hate. I enjoyed this but the heat was just a bit too much to drink a lot of. Back off on the betters and this would be great. Keep the hatches and lose the jalapenos.

Draft/Fest. A- Chilies. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, beige head. T- Chilies, roasty. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- No idea what exactly the base beer is. Assuming an amber or of the sort. Really just a lot of roasted and stewed green chili flavor. Not spicy and not really vegetal. Okay. Would make nice in a marinade.

Draft/Fest. A- Raspberry, candy. A- Pink color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Raspberries, slightly tart. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, fruity finish. O- Nice beer. The raspberries definitely overshadow the base of the beer and there isn’t much in terms of tartness or salinity, but still tasty.

Draft sample at Parkville fest. Beautiful cloudy pink color, fluffy pink head. Earthy berry aroma. Taste is softly sour berries, lightly tart citrus. Good summer festival beer.

Thx to Mathieu87. Growler sampled @ "De grote Black Tuesday Tasting". Clear light amber, small bubbles, odd colour, very light & clear. Nose is weird, very herbal, spices, similar to some herbal teas that people sell that supposedly aid with illnesses, medicinal, tonic, malts, sweet oak that completely clashes with the rest. Taste is weird thin, same very herbal profile, weds, tonic, watery, oxidation, thin mixed with sweet vanilla which is a combo that doesn’t work. Weak, watery body. Not a fan of this, weird & not appealing to me.

Whisky Barrel aged version! Dark cognac colour, almost no head left. Bourbon, chocolate, liquorice. Whisky, smoky flavours, bit of red berries, spices, wood, Jägermeister-like flavour warming up. Medium bodied, quite slick, carbonation gone from the growler. Nowhere bad, just a bit tired sample.

Draft/Fest. A- Citrus, grassy, wheat. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Citrus, pine, wheat, bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Not as citrusy as you’d think considering the hop choice. All in all it’s alright.
