Last beer on my first flight at their taproom in Laguna Niguel on 28th July 2023. Golden pour, almost clear, on top a white crust. Fruity front with an earthy, piney undertone, dank maybe (overall). Almost good.

On my second and final flight at the Brewery tap in Laguna Niguel on 28th July 2023. Decent Irish Stout, black bodied, creamy beige crust. Good dry feel to the malty brew, haven't tried to play with it, just left it alone, slightly smoked, mainly malty.

On my second flight at the brewery tap in Laguna Niguel. Cloudy golden pour, white head that tried to stay, but failed. Fruity nose and taste, but all a bit so-so and uninteresting, needs some oomph and individuality in my opinion.

On my second flight at the brewery tap in Laguna Niguel on 28th July 2023. Cloudy, murky dull yellow, white affair on top trying to give lacing and stay around. Semi-bitter tropical fruit feel to this, better than anything on my first flight (almost left after the first one). I do like both Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops.

On my second flight in the Escape taproom in Laguna Niguel on 28th July 2023. Bright golden body, white collar and wisp. Semi-sweet with a malt led aroma and taste. Nice enough and easy on the palate.

On my first flight in their Laguna Niguel tap room on 28th July 2023. Clean and clear Amber/red body, wisp and collar for a head. Rye? The nose indicates it might be in there, as does the colour. Anyway this is grainy and pretty sweet, even for an Irish Red. Best beer on my flight.

Brewery tap at Laguna Niguel on 28th July 2023, part of flight number one (of two). Clean and clear golden body, white collar and wisp for a head. Semi-sweet malty front, mid-sip hop bitterness arrives and stays, strange aftertaste, stale feel to it.

First beer on my flight at the brewery tap in Laguna Hills. No head on my pale golden beer. Reminded me of Bitburger, trouble is I don't like Bitburger!

Sample at the taproom. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium frothy white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of herbal hop, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of dank hop, tropical fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a pineapple and hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
