Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a honey-copper color with a small soapy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet and malty with notes of caramel, honey and coffee. The flavor was malty with caramel, vanilla, toffee, honey and a hint of coffee. Long finish. Full bodied and smooth. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a vibrant amber color with a medium sized creamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was floral and fruity hops and was a touch rough. The flavor was bitter, tart and rough with vague fruity and floral hops. Long hoppy finish. Medium body. Meh.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured an orange-caramel color with a medium sized creamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tart, fruity and a bit earthy. The flavor was tart, and tangy with lemon, fruit, a touch of cat pee, rosemary and perfume. Long fruity finish. Medium body. Ok.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky orange color with a medium sized foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was strong orange peel and orange pith. The flavor was bitter and dry with orange peel, orange pith and pine. Very long finish. Moderately full body. Meh.

Tap source. There it is a slight banana nose with a hint of bandaid. Coudy darker hefe look about it. Yes a darker hefe looking thang. Stronger than expected initial impressions. Astringent bite is hard to overlook. This astringent bandaid thing carries thru till the end. It seems many of the brews at mindful have this attribute. Not bad was expecting more.

Cloudy like a wheat. Slight tequila flavor. Not as rude as many wheat ales, especially when yer thinkin wheat hefe. Yes, OK, not bad over all but couldn’t find the lime in this. Overall hides the the alky content rather well.

Pinkish yellow. Mild sweet perfume aroma. Comes across initially with a sharper bite on the tongue. Yes, sweetness as well. Can’t really find the beets in this unless its the sweetness. Decent co2. That sharp bite is a distraction in the end, but overall, not bad.

Draft at mindful. Brownish yellow & clear. A little bitter bite apparent on the commencement. Yes, almost astringent, so common these days with new brewers. Almost becomes a little difficult in the middle but never quite gets there. Decent amber.

Probably one of the more enjoyable beers here for a cheap pale lager lover. Clear and bright yellow. Simply smells like a good old lager on draft. Good co2 from the start, sizzling, and I like that. Not bad, refreshing actually. Ever so slight bitter finish but totally OK by me, nice job mindful, thanks for being so mindful of my desires, heheh.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a copper color with a medium sized foamy off white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was citric, bitter and tart with a hint of tropical fruit. The flavor was bitter and dryish with citrus and vague tropical fruit. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.
