Taste is tangy, tart, fruity, appley, some core, mineral note, with drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry mellow acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Deep golden amber colour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate to the rim and aroma of apple, core, ripe fruit. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, with lots of drying acidity and an acetic hint. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable, very much on the acidic side.

Slightly hazed pale yellowy gold colour, bubbly foam head that dissipates away and aroma of pears, citric, funk hint. Taste is peary, floral, citrusy, with some light acidity and hint of tannin. Light bodied, light carbonation, drying peary finish. Quite drinkable.

Hazy orange gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates and aroma of apple, fruit, caramel, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, juicy fruity, some funky hints, citrus & mineral notes, with mellow acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry balanced acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is astringent, aspirin, crab appley, fleshy, fruity, with drying bitter tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, astringent bitter tannic finish. Abit harsh, quite OK.
