12/10/2023. BIAB at Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours clear dark golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is apple, mucky, funky, caramel. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily, light spritzy carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Decent.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Bright golden colour, no head and aroma of mucky funk. Taste is tart, tangy, fleshy apple, some funk and harsh drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable
