Description
The main orchard contains over 30 heritage and rare apple varieties and is based on the edge of the Clwydian Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We now supply The Vale Grocer and our local Eat Your Greens veg-box scheme with fresh apples and a wide variety of single variety and mixed apple juices.
We make traditional cider and apple juice, design and supply bespoke orchards.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Deep golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, core and skin, fleshy, with tart acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable
